Subscription Package

PT Drop Global Tech, offers enhanced features of its Services through monthly or annual Subscriptions. When purchasing a Subscription, you may be asked to provide Payment Information such as your phone number, bank details, credit card details and billing address. This information is tokenized by fully licensed third-party payment service providers to ensure secure payment. By initiating a Transaction, you authorize the transfer of your Payment Information and agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any issues with charges, please address them with us before canceling or rejecting any credit card or third-party payment processing charges. You agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter with us before taking such actions.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order in certain situations, such as if your credit card is declined or if the order is suspected to be fraudulent. We may also take steps to verify your identity and may require additional information before processing your Transaction. If an order is not processed or canceled, We will not charge you or will refund any charges.

Subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation instructions.

For one-time purchases, such as an annual subscription, you will be charged at the time of your order. For monthly or annual subscriptions, you will be charged at the start of each subscription period. These subscriptions renew automatically for the same length of time as the original subscription, and you will be charged at each renewal until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel before it renews. If you purchased your subscription through our website, you can cancel by emailing support@drop.id

If you bought your subscription through an App Provider, you can cancel future renewals with them at any time. However, you won’t get a refund for the current subscription period and will continue to have access to the services until the end of the current period.

Modifications to Subscription Plans

We have rights to change the prices for subscriptions and will let you know before the changes take effect. The new prices will only apply to future subscription renewals after you have been informed of the changes. If you don’t agree with the new prices, you can choose not to renew your subscription according to our latest Terms of Service.

Future Plans

You accept that your purchases are not based on the delivery of any future functions or capabilities, nor do they rely on any promises or announcements about future functions or capabilities.
